Direct operated pressure relief valves series R1E02 are seated type valves typically used for remote control of pilot operated pressure valves or compensators of variable pumps. In applications where the reliability and simplicity of a hydraulic remote control are preferred to an electrohydraulic system the R1E02 series is an ideal solution.
Pilot-operated valves are pressure relief valves that control the main valve's inlet and outlet port. They are similar to spring-loaded valves but are the best alternative solution for reaching the highest pressure and highest capacity. These valves offer excellent performance for overpressure protection.
The throttled position of the main valve is controlled by an adjustable pilot valve operating in conjunction with an orifice (or needle valve). The pilot valve senses the downstream (outlet) pressure and reacts immediately as the outlet pressure increases or decreases with varying demand.
Pressure Control Unit is designed to control double pumps of Hi-Low system.
Unloads low pressure pump when system pressure rises above the Unloader pressure.
Relieves the High pressure pump when system pressure reaches the Relief valve setting.
Solenoid unloading facility available as an option.
